Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "Client") and CruxBit ("CruxBit", "we", "us"), a software and AI consultancy based in Bengaluru, India.

By accessing or using the website at cruxbit.tech(the "Site"), submitting an enquiry, or engaging us for any services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

CruxBit provides software consulting and development services, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, AI/ML solutions, cloud and DevOps, and academic / college project development.

Information you submit through our contact form or other channels is used to evaluate and respond to your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract; an engagement is formed only when a written SOW (or equivalent written confirmation) has been signed or clearly accepted by both parties.

Indicative budgets, timelines and pricing communicated before an SOW are estimates only and are not binding.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems, or the systems of our users or service providers.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other malicious code, or interfere with the proper operation of the Site.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest content or personal data from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt and applicable law.
• Reproduce, copy, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including the CruxBit name and logo, text, graphics, layouts, code, and design — is owned by CruxBit or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business use.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit to us (through forms, email or otherwise) is accurate, that you have the right to share it with us, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site uses third-party services (e.g. Google Forms, Google Analytics, Amazon Web Services) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Site and any information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information will be accurate, complete or up to date. Any reliance you place on Site content is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
• For any liability we have in connection with the Site (excluding paid engagements, which are governed by the relevant SOW), our total aggregate liability will not exceed INR 5,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold CruxBit, its directors, employees and contractors harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are using the Site in a way that may harm us, our users, or third parties. Termination of access does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
